Recipe for Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 7 ounces 99% lean turkey breast (or 5 oz lean beef)
  • ½ cup red bell peppers
  • ½ cup green bell peppers
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 3-4 big lettuce leaves
  • 1-2 tablespoons low calorie salad dressing

Directions:

  1. Cook turkey—you may use up to 3 optional condiments as spices.
  2. Add vegetables to sauté for a few minutes and blend flavors.
  3. Place the mixture on top of lettuce leaves and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite low calorie dressing.
