Recipe for Turkey Lettuce Wraps
- 7 ounces 99% lean turkey breast (or 5 oz lean beef)
- ½ cup red bell peppers
- ½ cup green bell peppers
- ½ cup mushrooms
- 3-4 big lettuce leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons low calorie salad dressing
- Cook turkey—you may use up to 3 optional condiments as spices.
- Add vegetables to sauté for a few minutes and blend flavors.
- Place the mixture on top of lettuce leaves and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite low calorie dressing.
