Adopt a Youth Sports Organization (AYSO)
Medifast Weight Control Centers would like to play a part in helping kids maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle, while building stronger connections with our local communities. We are offering a program to sponsor youth sports teams or leagues once a year. Here is a list of the sports teams that we are involved with:

Holiday Season
During the Holiday season, Medifast is very active in the San Diego community. Each year Medifast San Diego donates to the AJ Kids Crane hosted by ENERGY 103.7 and participates in their annual Toy Drive. If you would like to get involved, you can drop off toys to any of our 8 San Diego locations.
